Should I keep previous couples profile
Jump to: Newest in thread
Hi after a five year relationship lock down has taken its toll and am now single.
My question is should I keep couples profile and lose all verifications or edit user name and update profile description? Does this put off couples and single girls when viewing my profile or is it better to keep verifications referring to me giving an honest background history.
Thanks in advance for your response.

think the only way is to start again with a single profile, maybe you could copy and paste verys from your other profile, but you arent a couple anymore so get rid of the couple one |

Why not make a single guy's profile but keep your couples one and hide the profile. Then if anyone wants to see your verifications you can make it public for them to see. That way they aren't lost. |

You'll be hit with the double curse of people not finding you when searching specifically for single guys and/or getting dissapointed when they find out you're not a couple.
Start again but perhaps leave the profile running with a "see old profile for veris" in the bio? |

"Verifications are provided by other Fab users otherwise I could just make up a verification xx"
know that, but surely you could copy them to your profile text |

It is possible to copy verifications. Hold finger/thumb on the screen around the area you wish to copy. Move the start and end "tags" to where you wish to copy and hit "copy".
To paste them go to where your text will be and hold finger/thumb on screen for a second or two.... select "paste" and its done......
Not copying veris per se, but its the text of them.....
Hope this makes sense and helps. |

Alternatively, contact people who have verified you previously and ask them to verify your new account. They have met you, after all--not like you are cheating the system or lying.
If they are no longer around or won't, veris can be copied when viewed under "manage verifications." |

I'd suggest make a new single account. But keep hold of your couple's account but leave it dormant.if you ever come to be in a relationship and she agrees with this swinging then you could mention within the bio and keep going where you left off |

Ask an administrator to change it.
Failing that if appropriate in T.O.S (which I'm fairly confident it is) upload your single profile pic to the old account and mention it in your new profile for continuation. At least that way you can keep the verifications and people know by looking at the old profile it is you, and you are genuine and honest about it.
Best wishes
