How do I convince my wife that she is really sexy and gorgeous?
I keep telling her but she says I an biased.
She is very sexy and will do almost anything sexually.
I love her very much, but have trouble convincing her just how gorgeous and sexy she is. |

You can't make her feel what she doesn't feel and from experience, someone going on trying to convince me has the opposite effect. If she's not feeling it just now, allow her her own time to recharge her confidence. I find it hard sometimes, being older cause no matter what anyone says it's about how I feel not other folks opinions and I'm thinking your wife is maybe the same  |

You won’t be able to convince her. How you feel about yourself comes from within you. She will only start to believe you when she thinks she is - sorry. My ex constantly told me I was sexy/gorgeous etc but I never agreed or believed him. |

I forgot to mention that she has lost over 50kgs in weight and has gone from size 26 down to size 16.
I am so proud of what she has achieved and she looks fantastic now and is healthier and more active in her lifestyle |

I'm having the exact same problem, except I'm the female and its the male who feels unattractive. Obviously I think he's hot!
Its a tricky one, I've no answer I'm afraid other than to keep showing/telling how you feel |

Fantastic weight loss, well done I wish I had her will power 
She may say she knows that but sub- consciously may think you are doing it for meets. As others have said it comes from within. I lost weight a few years ago (put it back on in lockdown!) and it was going to nights out with a nice dress on that made me feel sexier and improved my self worth so maybe that would help her with no thought of trying to look sexy just trying to generally feel good about herself. Not even sure if that makes sense - it does to me

Try starting with any part of her that she does accept. She clearly has great legs so that might be a place to start.
It has to come from within. I understand her struggle as there are bits of me i will never see as attractive, so I have learnt to like other bits of me. |

One of the best lessons I have learned is to be very thorough on the people we meet as it can take only one clumsy comment to damage my partners confidence. I try to make sure we only meet genuine admirers and not the anyone will do brigade. |

She only plays with my mate and his brother in law.
Both of them tell her how sexy she looks.
She has just had quite a lot of really sexy lingerie delivered today and looks amazing when she was trying it on. x

I am afraid that has to come from within, even the most beautiful woman think they are ugly ,And even some beautiful woman can be ugly on the inside .she has to try and build up her self confidence , just keep trying to reassure her |

Thanks for your advice My wife has lost over 50kgs and gone from size 26 down to size 16 She looks fantastic and is sexier than ever.
Her loose skin is going to be removed soon and hopefully it will boost her confidence and she will see just how attractive she is. |

as someone who has been on here at all weights from a 28 to a size 10... I can tell you that it's hard to see yourself how others do
I've lost weight and yet still see myself as a size 28 * not saying you cant be sexy at that size btw.. just for me at times I don't feel it. Currently gone back up to a size 20/22 and no amount of telling me I'm sexy works.
Yet people that know me know that I dont normally worry... no matter my size. It comes from within |

I've got nothing to back up anything I'm about to stay or have any professional experience and I as far as I know havent been in your predicament.
Presumably you asked one or two close friends who know you both and in a good position to help you, or you thought asking for help from thousands of people who don't know you, being presented with tons of advice, some of it contradictory you will be able to analyse and come up with a plan. Saying she won't believe you because your biased is cop-out, is she needs help so do you,and I dont believe for one second that you'll take any advice anyway from here and put it into practice anyway because if you could that, you would have the sense to help her and know what to do and who to help. If I saw my partner put up a post like this any confidence or self esteem i had left would be shot to pieces that the person im with said something like 'she's willing do anything sexually' in the context of what your asking us for help with. Essentially what I'm saying is, and worth the tempoary forum ban I'm about to receive....your useless, and feel sorry this is the support she's got
