Hey everyone.
So my friend and I want to hook up but she's in a relationship, he knows and we've done it before pre covid and she tells him. She lives with housemates (not him) and so do I, who obviously don't know about this and we want to keep it that way.
If I book a hotel room at a local Travelodge or Premier Inn would she have to sign in/do a COVID test etc. or could she walk straight in and up to my room? Anyone stayed in one recently?
Thanks N |

Simplest solution will surely be to walk in together as a couple?
You provide your contact details as the 'lead party' - they don't need hers separately, and in the event that you did need to be traced, you'd simply pass the details on... |

The hotel we stayed in last month required both our details. Wouldn't allow us to check in without them.
I guess it just deoends on the hotel chain?

Even if you both check in from the app confidentiality won’t be broken no one else would know and be notified the only time they would be notified is if you or her were positive but even then it wouldn’t give them any information.
But generally only one needs to do the track and trace but it’s good practice to both do it |
