Secluded cottage for several couples

We may be looking to hire a secluded log cabin or cottage with hot tub and invite several couples to share expenses.
This would be as much a social as anything else with meal out, drinks, fun, games and what ever anyone else wanted to do.... It would be up to individuals to do as much or as little as they wanted.
Anyone interested? |

Yes was planning doing this in the summer as there was alot of interest when i posted about the idea. So go for it. Loads of couples would be up for it. |

We were looking at doing the exact same thing. There are lots of great suitable places on air bnb plus we found a few other sites that let out country houses and even castles. Hope it works out for you! |

There were a few organised last year and year before quite successful so it's always a good shout just make sure you get deposits etc so you're not out of pocket |

I booked a cottage last week and we couldn’t get rid of the owners. Wee old couple always just ‘dropping’ in to make sure we were ok
Then they went on to have a political and homophobic rant..ruined the moment |

My girlfriend and I and my mate from Alaska are traveling through Scotland March 17-23 and will.be renting airBnB along the way. We could host.
My girlfriend is Victoria19 or couples profile for us is SouthernLights.
Please let us know where and when you're thinking. I'd prefer the Friday or Saturday 20th or 21st somewhere like Loch Lomond or north. Possibly even Glencoe or Skye. |

This idea seems to have legs as it were but we got far too many replies both privately and on here to cope with.
Obviously people are looking for different things and we were looking for just couples rather than singles.
If anyone else wants to arrange anything then please do as so many people are interested.

Problem is, you need to over sell it as you'll get people dropping out due to daily life/sickness/childcare.. Then unless you're running at a profit you'll be left with the liability on the cost.
There was a couple "boobs n Balls" who used to do an event near Dundee, and it was pretty successful. Big log cabin, and I think around 30 odd in attendance. Mix of singles and couples. |
