Previously before my days of being marrooned on a digital desert Island with a broken laptop, I mentioned I was a chef and loved to cook, sometime naked, with just a small apron to protect me from spurting fat!
Well tonight my Bon viveurs' of the fine culinary arts, I will be cooking a Thai Sweet Chilli chicken with sticky lime rice. One of my favourite dishes.

just had a wee snack there, didn't fancy a full meal so had black pudding, 2 slice of extra crispy bacon and a poached egg. threw in a bad of salad leaves too as it looked too much like a breakfast. was yummy though |

So there is no naked cooking for me this evening (Monday) as my Kids are round to eat! So Its Bangers and Mash with onion gravy.... A good staple comfort food that fills them up....
Then it is more culinary skills being put to use at my daughters Rainbows this evening when i teach a whole group of 5-6 year old lasses the art of cup cake decorating...
you gotta love a cup cake! |
