Friday to Monday break in Scotland?

Not swinging related, but wondering if anyone could recommend a nice "get away from it all" weekend break in Scotland?

Not looking for the Hilton, more a holiday home/lodge/caravan type break, and reasonalbly priced. Been a very stressful few months and just need to relax and recharge in order to face the period of paliative care which lies ahead. x

The Callander Wood Leisure park is amazing for a quiet break away from everything, but lots of the glamping sites also do lodges that are brilliant.

Hope you manage to find the right one for a well deserved break

Where are you travelling from and what kind of place are you after a rural retreat with hot tub type thing or a nice hotel with spa etc

Highly recommend Craig Tara in Ayr. Should be pretty quiet soon when the kids are back to school too

Auchrannie on Arran .. the retreat lodges are fabulous, all with their own wood fired hot tubs and you've got the hotel bar and restaurants and spa on the estate a 2 minute walk.

If too expensive you'll definitely find hundreds of lodges up and down the west Argyll coastlines .. nowhere better for what you are looking for. Airbnb / farmstay

Wildflower Eco Lodges near Fraserburgh. Quite remote but very beautiful and the perfect place to disappear to for a weekend of peace!
