Like all of you I treat my body like a temple.

What do you prefer brown bread and cereal or white and yellow.....

I was always a wholemeal person, but had to switch to white after my last operation.

I'm not really a big bread person, but when I do I always get 50/50 or Wholemeal. Whatever is on offer.

I prefer brown bread these days. It still has some flavour to it where as most white breads are bland

Although if it's a plain Sunblest outsidey that'll win each time

I like plain bread, great toasted. However there was a brown plain loaf a few years ago that was Made by a well known bakers . Was lovely . They stopped making it after about a year. Assume it didn’t sell very well
