It was after hours but on office premises and so he was dismissed the next day.
We have 'professional behaviour' clauses in our contracts so I can't even admit that I am on here in case I get in trouble at work.

Definitely used to happen, think HR and fear of sexual harassment claims probably killed off the spontaneous side of it.
