We all have those days where stress and frustration just builds up inside! So what is your go to, to relieve that bout of stress and frustration?
I'm a laid back, happy-go-lucky guy and very seldom get stressed and frustrated but past 2 days have been testing .
Always fancied one of those anger rooms where ya just smash up stuff like old tvs (televisions not trans ) and cars etc. |

Yeah I used to do that, but do an hour on the bikes instead, pedaling like a maniac to rave music and finishing off with chill music and a steady pace after the frustration has came out. Really should get back to doing the gym after work |

I do cold water therapy and have a cold shower every morning. Feels like it keeps my mood streamline. N x |

My stress relievers;
is listening to my cheesy music
Having a tea with biscuits (simple but true)
A good, hot bath (muscle soak by radox or similar really good for taking tension out)
Reading a book-ie getting away from screens inc mobile/tv
Have a look on NHS inform to find good resources for alleviating stress. and always chat to someone if needing to vent. X
