for breakfast?

I'm usually just a tea and toast girl, quite often just the tea, but this morning I'm really fancying bacon and French toast with maple syrup.

Dundee

Eggs Benedict for me if I can be bothered going to the effort of making the hollandaise sauce.

Nice quick option is a poached egg in the air fryer

North Angus

I normally end up eating cereal but I love a bacon, sausage and cheese bap in the morning. If not, some steak and gravy pies from the butchers

Lanarkshire

I’d love some French toast but this morning it was fruit, seeds, nuts and yoghurt. And coffee with a scoop of protein powder in.

Pancakes, maple syrup and bacon is probably my favourite but if I'm working then it's hard to beat a sausage and scone on a crispy with brown sauce

Usually tea and toast but if I'm hungover nothing beats a square sausage, haggis and tattie scone roll!

Hollandaise can be a pain in the arse to make, I usually just have mayo lemon juice and black pepper as an alternative
