Hi. Yeah, I've had trouble arranging a 'veri' meeting, think due to suffering from the 'single man' disease that seems more rife here than that 'other one' that's been getting all the headlines this last few years! LOL
And let's face it, who WOULDN'T escape from the 'wfh' detention camp, when the offer of coffee/cake is presented!? |

Great idea! I'm Edinburgh and can do lunchtime during the week in the city centre. Or further afield evenings and weekends, when available.

I agree that this is a great idea. It would definitely help out us single guys and for people to get to know us before judging us. I'm fairly new here and its not easy even getting a reply to messages let alone getting a social meet with anyone. Any help would be much appreciated by most I would think. |

It’s definitely tough on here for us single guys. Every little helps for want of a better expression. Might prove we’re not some three headed monsters. Cakes always good but I dinnae like jam or cream so might be a bit scunnered lol. |

I'd say so yes but I suppose it depends how they feel being verified by another man 
Glad this is getting a good response, I see the social side of Fab and networking to meet others interested in the lifestyle just as important as the rest of Fab

I was verified years ago but more been a casual observer since the wilder start! Was at a dundee social but that was a year or 2 before covid. My situation has changed recently and im out in the big bad world again! Would love to meet for a blether and a coffee/ drink and have a current verification and just a change of scenery would be good. Pretty well free most evenings and weekends for now and dundee to aberdeen is good |

I have managed to meet one person who has commented here.
There's no rush for people to be verified but it's nice to meet new people and sometimes make new friends

Also as you can see it's not just for ME to meet and verify people, it's nice to see others offering the same, so even if I'm not free to meet others can still use the thread for it's intended purpose.
Not all of us live in an area where there are clubs/group socials organised, which is usually the advice on the forums when people say the cannot get verified, so I feel it's all in good spirit to extend offers like this to people. |

I work in the city centre as well. However my hours vary…. I finish around 4 at least 1 day of the week.
