So how come everyone is posting on the bottom of their profiles about how their pics can't be used blah blah blah..?
This thing:
Fab Swingers is now a publicly traded entity. Unless you state otherwise, anyone can infringe on your right to privacy once you post to this site etc etc.
I mean. Is there a company using all our little filthy pics for something corrupt and not for wanking? Should I give a fuck..?
Surely if folk are worried, then don't post ya titpics on the www... |

Admin have a thing about this in their FAQ:
https://m.fabswingers.com/articles/FAQ#disclaimer
They are pointless wastes of characters. You get no more or less protection by including the statement. All it really does is indicate a person's ignorance on the matter, and the fact that they haven't even read the FAQs.
As you say, if you share a pic publicly on the Internet, you have to accept it could get anywhere! |

Nah, it's a load of crap and wouldn't stop anyone if they really wanted to. I use it as another filter if anyone's daft enough to post it on their profile |

Honestly people think it protects them but it does nothing. Regardless of what u put or don’t put on your profile (revenge porn) is already a crime as it’s not with there consent but good luck finding that random person that screenshot and reposted them. |

"I had similar message on my profile then I read the bit about it in FAQ's and promptly deleted it.
Next time, just the text, not the whole profile...?"
It really is a lof of nonsense - sometimes I think people put it on to bulk out thier otherwise empty profiles!

How on earth is it going to be policed. Pointless meaningless words. I nick some one else's picture, what you going to do, more to the point how you gonna know. I mean after all you only have to look at my profile picture to know its not me. I am much more better looking wink wink nudge nudge. |

Mr."
It's on many long ones too, even those that otherwise don't come across as unbelievably gullible.

"You post a pic and put it in the public domain, after that you give up any rights to the picture."
As most guys have cut and paste their pics from somewhere else on the web, it doesn't really matter. |

Legally that's not actually true. But in practice you're right unless you have very deep pockets. |
