First of all when you first posted we didn’t know about your child. Secondly don’t let it be the reason you stay together. You can bring up kids even when separated. We can only give meaningful advice when we have all the details. You are not the only person in this situation.
Can you get respite for your child or at least someone to look after them for a few hours? If so have a date night and get dressed up, go for dinner, talk to each other but not about your child.
It would surprise you the number of people on Fab with special needs kids. You are not alone. Seek support. Find a support group, contact social services about respite. Some charities also provide respite. |
