So I've been on for a little bit of time now and finally making head way and having good chats when out of the blue people just up and disappear or block me.
What's that about???
Anyone else had the same thing or is it just me?
Worried I've offended someone but no idea how !

Even if people change their mind you would think they would just message rather than blocking you or vanishing I think that's just rude and ignorent.Anyway think I will book a travel lodge next weekend lol |

10 guys to every couple or female, even getting chatting is a good thing, just easier for the person to delete and block than it is to actually give the person a reason.

Wow that's what I call dedication.
To the OP and this poster here who sent 100 messages, you can tell within 4 or 5 messages if there's chemistry for a meet, I ask for a phone number very very quickly to chat properly, if it doesn't happen I don't waste any more time with them. Job done. |

To the OP and this poster here who sent 100 messages, you can tell within 4 or 5 messages if there's chemistry for a meet, I ask for a phone number very very quickly to chat properly, if it doesn't happen I don't waste any more time with them. Job done."
I usually do the same. Give them my number. Puts the ball in their court and lets me differentiate between the sayers & doers |

The amount of guys we have spoken to over the last few years Who have done a runner when a meet is mentioned is crazy, a few weeks/mnths down the line they are back again..same thing.. happens all the time. Unfortunately fab is full of dreamers but when reality hits.. they shit them selves. |

that's a bit of a shame and you could be losing out on good meets, socials, chats or whatever comes along.. as I have been on here many years, met many many fellow fabbers and would never give out my number unless I have physically met someone and then not always... and that doesn't mean I'm not a doer, just that my number is personal... but of course everyone is different.

I would agree with this. I’ve never asked for a fem, or a couples phone number. Keeping everything on the site just keeps things simple and easy.
I’d expect asking for a phone number early on appears pushy. |

I don't even use my real name initially never mind give a complete stranger on a sex site after only 4/5 messages I suppose anyone who blocked me when I refused to give put such personal information as my number during initial chats would be doing me a favour, clearly wouldn't want to be the kind of person I'd want to meet. |
