2 years in prison for dick pics

So now that England and Wales are looking to follow Scotland in making the sending of unsolicited dick pics illegal do you think it will improve the site ?
Did anyone else know I’m Scotland it’s been illegal for 12years already and guys caught doing it can be put on the register but now England and Wales are going one step further by making it a custodial offence |

I only send when asked In a request from the bio I've just read , or if the f , couples I've chatted with are OK with me sending them. But when folk here send unwanted messages, they do it properly not giving a fuck anyway and really how many people would report it when trying to hold their profile discreetly. Maybe something the site could add in when sending a nude picture the site need to label it as nude before it's opened. |

I don't think it will change the way Fab runs in the slightest. I'm fairly sure the site will be well versed in the legality of how and what goes on on their site so again fairly sure the sending of dic picks are within the bounds of being solicited .
While people may not like to receive them on Fab they have the simple option of deleting their account and hence preventing any chance of receiving a dic pic through Fab. I don't think the law would apply here so no change . |

I don't see what the big deal is on here given the nature of the site and the fact many people have genital pics on their public profile. There are images that I personally find more disturbing than an erect (or flaccid) penis.
If a guy sends me a one liner with a dick pic attached I just delete and block.
In the outside world I can totally see a difference though. |

Seems like a good way to filter out uncreative guys to me.
I dont even have a Dick pic. (I do have blowjob pics) most womens profiles say they dont want to see then, so, why bother?

Suppose it’s not just fab it happens though, I had a guy on a dating site recently sent a dick pic cause I refused to meet him in his home for our first date - he seemed to think his dick was that alluring I would change my mind  |

It is not illegaL to send nude pics in scotland. The law is mainly aimed at revenge porn and the word consenting is used. By being on this site it would he hard to prove you were not consenting to nudity lol. |

I actually think making it clear to the younger generations that this is a chargeable offence with a proven track record of creepy bastards going to prison for it is a very good thing.
If you get offended by a dick photo in your fabswingers inbox you need to have a good think to yourself but people have every right to react poorly to getting them sent to their WhatsApp, Snapchat, Instagram etc.
Consider just how many young lassies in their early and mid teens that get this on a daily basis. That for me is what’s important. |

I agree with this.
I actually also think it’s no bad thing for guys to have to think before sending dick pics on here too. If someone clearly has in their profile that they don’t want them then that should be respected. Just because people do have to accept that profile pics can be explicit on here doesn’t actually make it ok for their expressed wishes to be ignored.
Nudes, especially unsolicited ones, have been far too normalised now and it’s not healthy for younger folks - male or female - for the pressure it puts them under. |
