A bit of both for me, the start of 2020 was mental for work and I was not eating correctly at all. Over the first lockdown I struggled with boredom and then broke my ribs badly so was sat on my backside eating the same shite diet. I didn’t look good at all.
Over the past year I’ve stayed the same weight but the difference is chalk and cheese. Still a little to go but I’d say the the lockdowns gave me the kick up the arse I really needed to work at making myself healthier |

I also was in a near fatal motorcycle accident during 2020 that helped me re-think how I live my life |

I definitely gained weight in lockdown over the stomach and hips. Eating all the wrong things and not walking didn't help. Then a health scare in January and April gave me the kick up the ass I needed to sort myself out. Weight is coming off again and I'm doing lots of walking again x |
