"Google "

Google is all good and well but prefer peoples honest reviews from experiences

It's kinda hard to advise not knowing the sort of things you like. Maybe Google 'must see/do' then as mentioned, trip advisor for people's views on it?

Hope you have a great time while here

Mary Kings Close and as said above city of the underworld good fun if you don't scare easy. Black rose is nice relaxed bar. Bannermans is another cracking bar

All of the above. Think you’ve just about covered it all with this.

All above good...

My tip...

Start the day early and start at the castle...(well everything is downhill after that)...

If weather permits one simple treat costs nothing...have a half hour chill on a bench in princess street gardens..

Oh ride a tram, they cost so bloody much I'm sure the council would like the tourists to use them as well as locals..

Try the dome on george st.

Final tip Edinburgh is a very walkable city so comfy shoes during the day..

Tenerife

When friends come to visit I always recommend do one of the free tours at the royal mail, they are really good, and give you a great background of the city, there is a few but the one I have done is called ‘Sandemans’… just Google it.
