I was in Livingston shopping centre whilst it was on, and saw people standing in the doorways of shops (while it was raining) saying that they'd just wait until the rain stopped.
Despite the fact that if they'd just stepped forward a few feet they'd have suddenly realised they were still undercover.
Idiots...
I had to run from the centre to the bus, and although it took all of 10-15 seconds I got soaked right through.

I was a quivering in ma wellie boots and ma brolly was a shakin.

I was earlier, had a job outside, got soaked through to my boxers and ran down to my socks.... Quite nice though, as still warm(ish) and to top it off, I was working with a new start who I knew had wet nickers! |
