The most cringe thing I've seen like that was a member of a business owners forum posting up his PayPal details saying
"It's my birthday and going out for the night, if everyone on here sends me a fiver (which is nothing for most of us) I can have a cracking night"
..... he was slaughtered in the comments lol |

Ugh yeah I really never understood this. When I was just out of school my Snapchat was filled with the same pictures of table numbers. I think it is a bit of fun just to see what turns up, but should definitely be left to 18 year olds and their friends... |

Some idiot sent my wife a message. Quite blatantly obvious he hadn't read her profile as it was too long. It was pointed out the he wasmt tall mor did he have a beard. Had he bother to read it he would've known he wasnt her type. His reasoning well you've got to ask |

I've seen it a lot as well. Just scrounging, and its embarrassing. Theres a few single fem accounts that do it in our area. If you've no money to buy ya own drinks get home and stay home, SOBER

Why is it embarrassing and what makes you believe they have no money?
It could be a bit of fun. They put out their table number and see what comes. As one poster has said they sent them a plate of beans, that would be funny if you were sitting at the table
We haven’t been on here long but there’s a lot worse been posted than someone posting a table number

Again you are assuming they don’t have money? Why don’t you assume the positive that they are looking for a bit of fun to see what comes to the table rather than the negative that they are scrounging
We’ve seen the post and never believed they are looking for meets from it

Again you are assuming they don’t have money? Why don’t you assume the positive that they are looking for a bit of fun to see what comes to the table rather than the negative that they are scrounging

Me and my mates done this through lockdown especially the ones that let you custome order through the notes section thats fun… mango snapps and was the nicest drink i got bought for me lol |
