I would say that short Plad or taran skirts are very much a Skater girl, punk, alternative moving into "Clueless cher" look.
It is still relatively a young person's look more than older so I understand those who would think it relates to school girl aesthetics.
Those who grow up in that area, Tend to grow their wardrobe away from that look as they mature.
If course if Megan Fox in her thirties (ninja turtles) can pull of the switch to plad and tied shirt, Anyone can. |
