Perhaps you should try to reduce the addiction by attempting to cut out one. Either the Nutella or the spoon has to go!

If I ditch the spoon I’ll use my finger. And if I put the Nutella away I’ll be left licking a spoon….which isn’t good!

Tbf it's acceptable if its Nutella.

Those little kinder mini treats for me, you grab one, then another, next thing you know your a pack deep and contemplating what went wrong
