Use it to set play and rest times.
Set an overall time and then the play/rest intervals within that time.
Eg
2 minutes overall, 20seconds play, 10rest, 20play, 10 rest repeat.
Increasing
5 minutes. 10 play, 10 rest, 20 play, 20rest, 30play, 30rest etc.
Decreasing
Similar to above but start with high number.
Up and down
10play, 10rest, 20play, 20rest, 30play, 30rest, 20play, 20rest, 10play.then up again
Have to keep going to end of set time. If cum, then keep going, if don't cum, unlucky.
