Dragged my arse out of bed after 3 and a half hours sleep on what must have been the hottest night of the year.

Making my third coffee and heading to work soon, while all you lucky sods get a long lie.

It’s going to be a good day though, take care in the sun. Factor 50 mind!!! xxx
