Having cock pics on your profile can be a good thing, many people like to see what they might be getting.
The best place to put them though, is either in your private gallery or main galler but not as your main profile picture.
As a straight male I hate to click on a profile and be confronted by a dick especially when chatting in the chatroom and someone speaks to us, we automatically click on thier name to see if it is a couple or single and then perhaps to peruse thier profile.
If I do this and see a picture of a cock staring at me I immediately block the person so it doesn't happen to me again in the future.
