What’s your favourite biscuit and why ?

My fav is a chunky Kit Kat because I love to nibble the chocolate off the sides and I love the biscuit taste too

For me it’s got to be the king of biscuits the humble Custard creams, I know there’s a few Bourbon lovers out there that are jealous of the joy Custard Creams bring but it’s ok I still love you all none the less

Just to show how sophicated I am, my own cheese bsicuits made with Gruyere and Matthews Cotswold Flour Maizebite

Actually, Matthews Flours are awesome - even I can bake nice things with them and I'm rubbish at baking.

PS Custard Creams score for nostalgia value, but the filling/biscuit ratio is all wrong. They are OK(ish) if you take off one side and give it to the dog.

Border Biscuits do the best biscuits. My favourite is their dark chocolate covered gingers. The dark chocolate is the perfect combination with the heat of the ginger... I want some now.
