Have a drink of milk, it can ease heartburn."
I have heard that works but theres only one creamy substance I'd allow in my mouth. Can't stand milk unless in tea |

I'm in bed asleep at 9.30/10pm most nights ,so l have my sleep quota reached at this time 3.30am ,so l log on here for a bit then maybe might fall back asleep,...maybe ... |

Woke to pee
Got into bed then checked emails
Decided that wasnt enough so checked tinder for any messages
Still not satisfied checked WhatsApp and replied to messages from last night.
Realised I could go on kik and check messages but instead jumped on here to check mail....then checked out updates and boom ended up on the forums.
For some reason didnt leave and ended up replying here.
