Does anyone else ever just stand in front of the mirror naked and embrace your own flesh.... not in a ‘love myself’ kind of way but instead not look for the flaws for a change. Ignore the haters |

Yes. I like to listen to Q Lazarus ~ goodbye horses, look at myself in the mirror, maybe flick my nipples and say to my reflection “would you fuck me, I’d fuck me, so hard”

I find this really hard.
Im always working hard to improve or attain a flawless physique.
So I get told all the time I look great but I don't listen all I see it's parts that need to improve or symmertrical issues that need balanced. |

I'm going to start doing this a lot more. A lot of my flaws are in my head but looking at myself in a mirror is a positive reality check. I think embracing who you are is truly great and freeing. |

Actually, yes. I'm not especially body confident and there's plenty of bits I hate, but I've stopped looking at it and wishing it was something different. Bits are saggy, bits are scarred, bits are decent. So long as I'm happy and my husband is happy, that's all I care about body wise. Anyone on here who doesn't like what they see can jog on..... |
