Do you find yourself shouting at the telly when someone comes out with a stupid answer and you know it?
Jeeze, some people.
What savoury spread rich in B vitamins is the same word for a French cooking vessel?
Simple

I knew that one though and it annoys me when someone gets it so badly wrong. |

Yeah they are great.
Some are. Tipping point is tosh. "
But is it..? Lots of quiz fans (Inc Jenny Ryan) love it... No idea why but it seems to be on the official "good list". |

I like tipping point. Have always liked coin pushers at the seaside when I was younger, so combined with a quiz it’s a genius idea. |

You know London is a totally different track? Train heave on to Euston...
I got it from 2. So chuffed. Especially when you're confident enough to press the button as you think you know the question writers well enough. |

There and to the left a bit |
The problem with most TV quizzes these days is they either work to the lowest common denominator with multiple choice answers which make the correct answer obvious or they're geared to balance the odds in favour of not having to give the prize away - Pointless and The Chase much as I enjoy them are both geared to the latter - chances of actually winning something ultimately come down to chance more than skill.
Things like Only Connect, University Challenge are obviously more high brow.
For pure quiz with a bit of logic thrown in I love Richard Osman's House Of Games |

"I'm old school. Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune. "
But Jeopardy is utterly absurd! The quiz strucutre is fine, clever with the different values and all but WTF is the BS with the "answer in the form of a question" crap? You trying using their "questions" as a proper question. Ridiculous! I appear to be angry this morning! |
