A classic example of the Mandela Effect is the following:

Everyone and their uncle seems to think that the rousing movement of O’Fortuna from Carl Orff’s, Carmina Burana is used in the soundtrack for the classic horror film, The Omen.

In fact the said classical piece does not feature in it at all, rather the soundtrack was supplied exclusively by the late composer, Jerry Goldsmith (who supplied many a wondrous score throughout his long career), the centre piece is entitled ‘Ave Satani’ (a deliberate misspelling of Ave Satanus or, ‘Hail Satan.’
