It gets a bit warm when you're out running! I was hiking across the moors the other weekend in just a tshirt. Strip while you're exerting yourself and put warm kit on when you stop, avoids hypothermia if you're staying outdoors |

It's bright sunshine here and was quite warm down by the beach but not warm enough for shorts and yes shirts yet we saw loads of people dressed like that. We also saw loads of people without coats and have noticed recently that there seem to be fewer people wearing them. Is it because it rarely gets very cold any more? |

I actually haven’t taken a holiday for about 10 years but my ideal place will be Dutch harbour by the Bering Sea or somewhere in Eastern Europe or Siberia!
