After years of painstaking and diligent research and development I have finally discovered the secret to the perfect crisp butty.
Firstly, a well buttered barm cake (muffin, cob, bread roll to you non Lancastrians), then the all important crisp, the humble Walkers cheese and onion, but here’s the genius bit, add sliced mini plum tomatoes and Branson pickle, but don’t over-do the pickle.
