if your not my friend i know your just being nosey opening this thread. i just want to say thankyou for being my friends. it never seizes to amaze me why you bother. not just my normal friends but the ones i shag. swinging is nsa yet i love my male friends as well they go beyond shagging and could walk away anytime but dont. its no secret im bipolar but i never mention it on the forums i want people to like or dislike me for what they see not influenced by my illness. every day is a fight for survival. ive been really bad last few months and its getting worse every day i try and hold it together. im tied and introverted. but will never give in. i fight and campaign constantly for people with mental illness thank god theres not the stigma there was 37 years ago when i was diagnosed. was diagnosed. why i have i typed this thread in an open forum god knows. maybe i want people to see what lies behind a keyboard. this probley doesnt make sense what ive typed but thankyou to my friends for being you. |

said it before and i'll say it again, these forums can be a real crutch when you are feeling down or unwell. I probably tell you lot more about how i am feeling then my 'vanilla' friends
for some reason its easier being open on here. ok it can get a bit catty in here and some like to poke fun but there are a hard core few that always come through

I'm sure I knew about your condition (Not illness as it goes so much further than that!) from a while back, unless it was someone else, but if I hadn't have known, I wouldn't have guessed from you posts..
But, another of life's little truisms is that you can never be alone when you swing! No matter how acidic and harsh people seem, it really is a big family and when the chips are down, there is always someone there for you. (first hand experience!)
Lookin at the posts above, you have plenty of support and no, perhaps you shouldn't give in, but at least take time to lean a while on the friends you so obviously have |

Attention seekers and particularly the sympathy vote attention seekers get on my tits... mainly because they use whatever they can to feed from the giving and make whatever is happening to them the centre of the universe. They are truly self-centred needy people. They don’t give a second thought for people who are trying to get on with far more serious struggles in their life without milking it for all it’s worth.
Diamond is one of the most giving people I have had the pleasure to meet, even if she did scare me shitless with the car incident. And on this occasion Ade, I find your joke (I use the term loosely) to be in incredibly poor taste.

I hope D can see from here how much she is liked and others read this and see you have to take life one day at a time and do you best to keep feeling positive and the mind can play all sorts of tricks with us if we give in to it at times when feeling low.. We choose our thoughts and at times our inner person we can drive us nuts if feeling negative and low .. but getting it out in the open helps . x jo |

I really hope you don't mean mine Sassy? there was nothing 'controversial' about my post, it was a genuine echo of all the nice things people have said about Diamond, I think she's lovely but don't know her well enough to assume myself a friend.

nooooo wasn't your post. Think ade's reply to your post was uncalled for. But ade replied to polo in the forum with his reason for posting that comment but admin had removed it, was just wondering why they hadnt removed all of the comments that were perhaps distasteful and not the one comment that actually had explained his actions |

Tell you what i find help when feeling low ... Meditation just 5 minuts to sit quietly observe my breathing and allow the thoughts to pass from my mind and i give them no more importance just let them pass .. it helps me . |
