Somewhere In The Ether…

What, if any, vitamins/supplements do you regularly take?

As a bonus question: What is your favourite track by Scooter?

Liquid iron, other than that my diet has served me well over the years and see no need to start rattling with pills

Ha ha - That dance was quite unique - I tried it once thinking it looked easy....and subsequently fell against the wall. I left it to the pros after that

Unless you are actually deficient there is no reason that you need them. So long as you eat a balanced diet you should be getting everything you need.

Is liquid iron your dietary supplement or your favourite Scooter track? I'm afraid I haven't heard of them. Luke

Near Carmarthen

Don't take any because as long as you eat a healthy diet and don't have any special needs, of which there are very few, you're just making expensive urine. If they are a medical necessity your doctor will prescribe them.

The industry is all about relieving as much cash as possible from people.

Most supplements bought on the high street are a waste of time as they are infective due to the small doses for safety reasons.

I think vitamin D is the exception to that. The NHS actually recommend we take it

Nail magic off eBay, around £9. Paint it on as instructed. Never wear your nails 'bare', always wear nail polish even if just clear. Use acetone free nail polish remover. Nails Inc do some lovely infused ones that you dip your fingers in a tub type. Again eBay or QVC

You are right, in this country we don't get enough sun for Vit D production.

Ah, ok thanks.

I swim a lot so the chemicals do the damage I think. Keeping them covered would seem sensible.

They did. I wore my orange sandals on holiday in Nov without wincing. They are currently in a pair that would otherwise have been sent to a charity shop and have made a nice sparkly pair comfortable for me to wear when we go away soon.
