Found a old cd today I hadn’t listened to in years and it had the track ‘Sweet Harmony’ by the group The Beloved. What a great track and the video features a certain Strictly come dancing host.
Any other great songs you had forgotten about? |

First time I watched The Wire I heard The Body of an American by The Pogues for the first time in probably twenty years. I love those first moments of recognising a song and trying to place it ?? |

"Mazzy star - fade into you
Omg what a fantastic song.
Morcheeba "Blindfold" "
I felt I owed it to myself to check your song out (as clearly you have exceptional taste lol) and I was not disappointed |

"Just remembered did anyone hear ‘day is done’ by Nick Drake on the end of Corronation street at Christmas.? Forgot what a great song that was and how good he was. "
The lunar festival is held in the grounds of his family estate. I went in the second year and they played the pink moon album on his old record player, in the middle of the woods. Was so eerie but beautiful |

It was, they do it every year at the festival. Donovan and the polyphonic spree were headlining the year I went. It's a great laid-back vibe |

We actually last night tripped across a Pete Tong Ibiza classics concert on telly and loved all the old tunes we had forgotten about
Brought back loads of memories and love that style of music

You're right, it doesn't get mentioned as much as much as the likes of Kinky Afro, Step On and of course Hallelujah. There were quite a few tracks of theirs that appealed to both Indie and House crowds, but I always had a warmth for WFL.

Loose Fit has always been my favourite of theirs, there was an extended version I used to listen to constantly. |

Think I've heard that version! "Loose fit" was probably the track that best suited relaxing and listening to with it's drawn out melodic riffs...It tended to provoke a sense of almost serenity?
