I’m one of those rare breeds to actually enjoy cooking, be it when I’m on my own or with somebody - try to cook up something fun and exciting no matter what day of the week. Oriental stuff is my go-to and I do a mean pork belly roast! Any takers?

Oh crikey. I don’t have a speciality but I cook some lovely food. I cook from scratch almost every day. I am told my moussaka and seafood lasagne are particularly delicious.

"What is your speciality dish?? "

I don't have a speciality dish, or really cook much. I can cook just fine though and can happily do the whole "can't cook, won't cook" thing and just create something edible from what's available in the cupboard if-needs-be...

I have batch cooking days, which generally involves the consumption of a bottle or two of Cabernet Sauvignon

I have cooked Shepherds Pie for a couple of ladies who have stopped at mine, but I prefer something more spicy, and love cooking Beef Buffad

"Bakewell Tart"

I'm making one of those right now. The pastry is in the oven and the almond batter is made ready to go in.

Made a few carrot cakes, which always go down well with whomever eats them.

I also make a decent chilli, with or without meat.

"What is your speciality dish?? "

It's always my turn to cook and unfortunately the kids like different to me a lot of the time so it's never one meal suits all.

I'm proud of my currys (borrow and buy ingredients from my local restaurant)

And my lightly toasted fish finger sandwiches are awesome with cheese, tomato, iceberg lettuce etc
