Do you think if we can all (Yes you reading this right now) do 1 act of kindness/charity today or this week or this month or this winter and specifically ask the recipient to "pass it forward" that it can become something great?
Shall we try and see?
So I have an idea and suggestion. As soon as you do something where you can tell the other "to simply pass it forward" please come here and say what you did.
If it's give someone change or a cup of coffee or something else.
I haven't done anything and this isn't about making ourselves feel good as I'm admitting I'm doing nothing and it's shameful to me but to see if we can create a motivating avalanche where just to be able to say "pass it forward" perhaps changed us all with 1 act of kindness.
If you're in then join in plz. Let's try this.

Today I went to the local hospital.
The cat park isn't free and I waited behind a woman with a child of maybe 3 or 4 at the PlayStation at the hospital entrance.
She was distraught that was clear and couldn't seem to find change to pay the remaining 3 pounds of her 7pound bill.
After waiting a minute or so and realising she really was in distress I stepped forward having found 3 extra coins in my pocket and began to pop them into the machine.
She turned around of cos stunned at first then having seen my smile relaxed and I said "it's fine I have extra change all I ask is you don't thank me but pay it forward".
She asked for more clarity as well as more about me so after a brief chat she walked away happier and I proceeded to pay my bill feeling better about myself. |
