That’s just about enough time to spread the butter on the bread for a sandwich

There is however the possibility to cheat somewhat - time lapse the events; A whole Sunday roast with all the trimmings in twenty seconds - now that would be awesome

2 minute wholegrain microwave rice, can of Tuna mixed in and a blob of light mayo on the side. Dinner in less than 3 minutes, healthy and tastes good in my opinion.
