Strictly come dancing (3)

So my top three tonight were Karim, Michelle and Kelvin. Bottom three were Mike Catherine and Chris. Catherine has not upped her game at all, whereas others have improved. Great respect for Alex, loved her back story and well done for last minute partner change.

Can't disagree with that and to be honest I'd have the dance off as Catherine and Chris - think Emma Longleat might be in trouble too though, although personally I liked her dance.

Don't think I've ever seen the judges quite so conflicted between themselves before though

I like Emma Longleat, she's very sweet and smiley. But all her dances seem the same bouncy thing.

I didn't see what they saw in Michelle's dance. It was good but not that great.

Mike's dance was a lot of standing still doing armography. That's fine but I didn't think it warranted being saved. I know I am biased against Mike.

They've mostly all done so well they have a lot to live up to. Karim was class tonight but I wish he'd stop doing all the heart signs to everyone, really annoys me!

I love Emma and Anton. The rumba is technically a very difficult dance to do and she did make a lot of mistakes and had a poor overall technique.....that said if the judges are going to mark her down on technique, they should do the same for everyone. Others they give high marks for showmanship....there's just no continuation which makes their marking very unfair.

Mike should be going home week in and week out as ass is sticking out why is this never mentioned by the judges they tell all the other men to tuck it in so how is he getting away with it drives me insane i actually go make coffee can't watch him anymore and can't stand Katya she is so false all the falling about and screaming she does get them off my tv please

Anton and Emma's dance brought tears to my eyes. I understand the judges comments but whatever it was they did I thought it was brill and Emma looked a-ma-zing!

Shirley votes off the Rumba as it is her dance,so she knows what to look out for. Shirley hasnt a clue about Ballroom. Anton can only dance Ballroom and hasnt a clue with Latin so sorry Emma you will be out tonight.

I thought Emma & Anton danced beautifully and was gutted at the judges comments. I don't like watching Mike at all, for some reason he irritates me. I haven't been enjoying this series as much as I normally do. Thank god for Kelvin though

Certainly agree about Mike's ass sticking out, rather balanced by the little pot belly hanging over the belt line. Most men seem to slim down in Strictly, he is the contradiction that proves the rule. And Karim, keep the bloody handstands for a gymnastics competition.

I think the problem was Mike's dance was more "exciting" than Emma's - hers didn't do a great deal for me to be honest and Mike's visually was better - even though I personally think he's the poorer dancer overall

In the dance off Mike's dance was better and more technical than Emma's. She made some mistakes also. However I would have liked to have seen her progess

Emma was so half-arsed in the dance off. Mike is still stompy, but the better of the two, I thought. I miss Johannes, I really enjoy his graceful style.

I think they have all upped their game tonight. I love Saffron and AJ. My fav is still Kelvin. I have to say I thought Mike done very well tonight. Alex was a little off beat, so my two in the dance off are Alex and Chris

I suspect it will be a Mike and Chris dance off with hopefully Mike going finally - think some of the judges seem to have a slight bias towards him - they appeared to mark Chris down and Mike up when it really should have been the other way round.

Now that he's out, finally, I will be generous to Mike: he has danced more than any of the other contestants and that final lift with Katya balancing on his legs must have taken a lot of core strength.

I didn't like Michelle's dance this week but I think the public probably think she's safe.

I think it was most definitely the right result. I didn't enjoy any of his dancing but the trolls who have been mean to him ought to be ashamed of themselves. He did try his best. I just couldn't warm to him but don't mind him when he's presenting?

Saffron & AJ... Wow, was absolutely beautiful.

This was Mike's best week and I didn't think he would be in the dance off. I thought Ramsey and Alex should have been down there, with Ramsey going. Never mind, at least Kelvin is still in

Looking forward to Blackpool, I have danced there, it is fatastic

Michelle did nothing but walk round doing armography and playing on her "story" - so definitely in my bottom two and I wasn't overly taken with Saffron's dance either - so would be my second one.

Kelvin aside, I'm not sure I can call it this year - it really does seem to be a mixed bag of performances from the others, with different ones coming to the fore each week - ability wise both Chris and probably Alex are the weakest left in, but other than them I won't be surprised to see any of the others in the final three, and even Alex seems to be blossoming each week
