Following yesterday's "what was your first film" then today is "what was the worst film" you ever saw?

I'll start with 50 Shades of Grey, truly dreadful on so many levels.

Many (hell, make that MOST!) of the movies by prolific Spanish director, Jess Franco.

Utterly sleep inducing, hugely muddled and generally awfully made movies of the very worst order.

"Titanic, grossly over rated and hyped."

Two stories in one.

The sinking. Very good.

Jack and Rose. Excruciating.

He made the English and crew of p my hometown Southampton look very bad.

People were segregated by class largely as on arrival in the US they went into quarantine. TB etc. US regulations. Not British snobbery.

Also Irish built? The architect yes, but the ship workers of Belfast identified as British.

Rose? Spoilt. And as an old lady throwing a valuable diamond into the sea? She had a great life. That bauble could have given the poor one too. She was the film's real villain.

I tried to watch that London has Fallen once. It was cringe from the start. I rarely get time to sit down and watch anything. To that end I rarely even know what there is out there to watch and it just came up on my smart TV as a suggestion to watch. I foolishly gave it 30 minutes to see if I would take to it. Sadly its 30 minutes I'm never getting back.

Thing is, the film pretty much tells the story of exactly what actually happened.

It’s not made up, it shows how over a thousand people died in one night. Caged passengers, guns on deck, the band playing, that water.

It should really be classed as a horror film

There and to the left a bit

The worst ever has to be the film of the classic children's book Where The Wild Things Are - took my daughter when it came out and even she hated it - was absolute drivel, boring and with the brattiest kid ever in the lead role.

Other contenders would be:

Carlito's Way (Pacino)

A Civil Action (Travolta)

The Lord Of The Rings

All of them bored me stupid and the Travolta one I nodded off it was that bad

"Anything with Tom cruise

Agree but surely not Vanilla Sky, now that's a film!

Haven't seen it"

Don't bother, just watch the Spanish original 'Open Your Eyes'- much better without the usual Hollywood dumbing down and guff for the Septics to be able to watch it

Tango and Cash. If I won the lottery, my first task would be to buy up all the existing copies and have a massive bonfire.

Zodiac. Story about some serial killer in America. Seemed to go on for about 3 hours and it’s the first film I’ve ever fell asleep watching.

"Following yesterday's "what was your first film" then today is "what was the worst film" you ever saw?

I'll start with 50 Shades of Grey, truly dreadful on so many levels.

Titanic 2

Easily the worst.

"

Titanic 2...one look at the cast should have told you what to expect

Dark Phoenix. I love x men films but it was just terrible and Sophie Turner is an utterly crap Jean Grey.

Batman vs Superman. I took my oldest boy with some of his friends for his birthday, an awful mishmash of crap and ruined three classic storyline.

"I'd say the Human Centipede movies. God knows why I thought it was a good idea to watch them! I can't believe people actually filmed them.

I agree"

Someone gave me the summary. I wish my imagination wasn’t as good as it is.

There are a few contenders. I won’t revisit those already on here. I’ll probably go for Bound... even the promise of a decent (non porn) sex scene couldn’t keep me watching.

Loved Mathew Broderick and so wanted it to be good. Half the audience left 40 minutes in!! Including myself.
