Delores Umbridge can still bury most of the bad guys out there.
However, what's his face in game of thrones wasnt too far off. Ramsay Bolton. Smug shit he was.

Talking of Highlander, there were quite a number of memorably hissable villains in the series starring Adrian Paul as Conner Macleod’s fellow (and fellow immortal) kinsman, Duncan.
Most notably, Kalas (played by David Robb) and Xavier St Cloud played by none other than The Fine Young Cannibals, Roland Gift  |
