I love a bit of crumpet and there's no shortage here.

My two favourites are:

Eggy bread but made with brioche instead. Add some cinnamon and drizzle with fruit compote.

Toasted English muffins with hollandaise sauce spread on them, a layer of smoked salmon, topped with a poached egg (or scrambled if you prefer).

Same breakfast I have every day.

Milk, oats, peanut butter, whey protein, banana, all blended up into a smoothie. Tastes like milkshake, just short of 1000 calories

Just had well done bacon, free range eggs and proper tinned tomatoes with plenty of pepper. Added to that a fresh teacake with lurpak. Bloody lovely.
