You must be starving if your fasting means no coffee either x"
Its intermittent fasting, water and black coffee are the only things I can have.
Its not for medical or religious grounds but health and fitness.
Can eat at 8am tomorrow thank god.  |

Just about to tuck into a half pound cheese burger with salad and chips that I picked up from the local kebab shop on the way home from work and there’s a couple of nice cold cans of Guinness in the fridge that’ll wash it down nicely, oooh I’ve got chocolate ice cream in the freezer too. Reeesult ! |
