Right, I've got to go have a serious conversation with my ex in around half an hour,oh joy

Two issues-1)He isn't the most reasonable of people and 2) I want to pan his head in!

What hints it tips do you good people have to keep things on an even keel?

Know what you want to say, pause, breathe, think before answering and come back, don’t get lead off track of the purpose of the conversation, try to stay calm

If that doesn’t work, walk away and put it all in an email
