Diagonally Parked in a Parallel Universe

Without giving too much away about what I do, I advocate and promote unsigned/small label musicians. I've got upwards of 2,000 albums and rarely listen to mainstream stuff now. Although I'll listen to one or two tracks from every album, very few make it into my car for me to listen to in full whilst on my 'day job' travels.

They cover all genres, so it's difficult for me to list my definitive favourite albums, as it depends on my mood when driving. Yesterday I was listening to symphonic prog rock, today folk rock. Tomorrow could be funk. Who knows!

Iron Maiden, all of them, but basically anything in my collection. Very rarely do I put an album on, either CD or Vinyl, and not play the whole thing. If I don’t get to the end then something has generally cropped up unexpectedly.

Shipley

There seems to be a few themes emerging. Indie/ alternative from 80s and 90s, rock 70s to 90s and a little bit of rap. I hope the people who select the awful europop at the clubs I have been to take heed and get a better playlist together based on our combined suggestions!

I wonder if this list reflects the age and inclinations of the average fab member. I've never been to a sex club. Do they play the music listed here? I bet not...

Not the ones I have attended. Europop all the way. I think some do 80s pop or house, but yet to hear any Stone Roses or Kinks!
