It's too hot and annoying!
I feel slightly guilty that I'm indoors on Bank Holiday and feel that I should be at a BBQ or something.
But I hate this weather - so I'm indoors watching The Leftovers 
I'm just finishing the first series - it's awesome
What is everyone up to today?

I'm having a lazy day listening to some sounds after the STP yesterday, but I may have a walk down through the park to the river later when its cooled down a bit, and feed the ducks, geese & swans, then call in for a pint on ma way home |

I've been sat out in the sun for almost an hour. Got my shirt off trying to add a bit of colour to the pasty white bits.
I have a courtyard with 12' high walls so not only is it a sun trap, there's no cooling breeze. |

Been swimming this morning in my gym pool - and getting hot and sweaty in sauna and steam room
Now I got in a nearby park with a magazine - in the shade as it's too hot to stay in the sun! |

Just finished baking cupcakes to go with the big 5 layer one I baked yesterday.
I'll be off to a family birthday BBQ with the cakes to intensify my skin tone (sunbathe) and eat lots of food... Knowing my family there be lots of rum punch too. |

After another manic weekend with weddings etc we attended and just having cooked a roast we are now hiding with the fan on. The pool is filling up though so once the beer run has been completed we will venture into the garden with the army of little people. |

Just set up a slip and slide for my children.
They've moaned about it being slow, so I've just chucked on enough liquid soap to see them shoot off the end and fly through the neighbours fence.
Now to get a beer and sit back and watch the carnage  |

Back garden enjoying the warmth and sunshine. Hot Tub filled ready for later. BBQ ready to fire up, beers chilling nicely.

I'm inside, my puppy was following me around and it's too hot for him outside so I gave in and stayed inside.
I'm lazing around doing very little as had a full afternoon and evening drinking yesterday with some fab friends |

I foolishly attempted a 15 mile run but had to bail a couple of miles from home and get picked up as just too hot! And the only part of re run that wasn't in fields was through the local town which was bizarrely absolutely heaving with day time drinkers whicheck reminded me why I don't like people too much! |

Whenever the sun is out on a weekend I feel guilty beyond belief for not going out and making the most of it.
Give it a few years and there will be a diagnosis we can start using  |
