I've seen pics of the screen tests, he did them with Sean Young from blade runner.
Would have been a completely different film! |

Tom Selleck might have been OK so who knows it's, anyone's guess |

I'll mention some obvious ones:
Robin Williams for every role he ever played.
Jim Carrey for everything from ace Ventura to liar liar especially Truman show.
And the 2 that nobody here has mentioned to my utter surprise:
1) Christopher Reeve for Superman!!!!!
2) Michael J Fox for Back to the Future.
3) Signorney weaver as ripley
4) Jodie Foster for Freaky Friday
5) Shahrukh Khan in DDLJ.
6) Jackie Chan & Chris Tucker for Rush Hour.
7) and most of all Every Single Actor/Actress in A FEW GOOD MEN.
there I drop the Mic! And leave lol |

Ok I’m gonna go out in a limb and say two actors for one character, mainly for their interpretations that were both perfect and could not have been played in the way it was by any other actor...
Jack Nicholson and Heath Ledger...
The joker
I would like to add Joaquin Phoenix onto that list later this year, I live in hope
(Probably should acknowledge Mark Hamill though) |

Connery in old Bond films , but Craig in modern age Bond I find he has just that edge about him , but only my opinion. I will miss him when he retires |
