Some foods are weird to; They fall into the category of what I call, ‘The three mouthful of doom rule’.
By way of example: Olives.
The first one in the mouth: ‘This is rather nice’
The second: ‘Hmmm....I’m not so sure now...’
The third one: ‘Holy crap - these taste disgusting!’  |

I don’t mind celery.
I don’t see why it would appeal to me more than any other bit of veg would, and I don’t have a reason to hate it.
Celery just exists. |

As a random addition - I don’t like new potatoes either.
However.....mixing them with mayonnaise and sultanas (and god forbid the evil that is celery!) is pure sacrilege
