help me people, i'm going away on a girls weekend mid April, and have been told my fancy dress has to be associated with Holland.

Has anyone got any cheap but effective ideas?

3 quarter length trousers, checkered shirt, black wool waistcoat, large red headscarf tied as a neck thingy, black cap with a skip...oh and clogs.
