My specialty at the moment is my own recipe Moussaka cooked from scratch and the dessert is also a specialty called Crunchie surprise. Anyone who’s ever had either have loved them. My Moussaka has put people off ordering it in Greek restaurants as they’ll just be disappointed. Others have threatened not to come to dinner parties unless Crunchie surprise is the dessert.

Lots of wholesome exercise is strongly recommended before and after (but not immediately to counter the calorific content :

Cheese. Basically.

The starter can be a cheese fondue but made with decent cheese - reblochon, raclette, gruyere, use a decent white, garlic, finely cut shallots. Crudites and freshly made crusty bread. Oooh a decent sourdough.

Main - Steak. With macaroni cheese, chips, truffle oil cauliflower cheese, bit of salad so it doesn't feel like it's *too* much cheese.

Pudding - Cheeseboard or cheesecake. Grapes. Strawberries. A fuck ton of fresh berries. Cherries.

And alcohol. Lots of it.
