Just wondering, is it just us or does unsolicited friend request just seem lazy or do you find it a good way of ing out the time wasters and people who are not genuine. Do you agree that the least someone could do is read your profile that you put effort into. What do you think. |

It's lazy and tends to be people who just want to look at your pics.
I mostly ignore them although if they are attractive I wait until they go offline, perv on them then delete them again. |

We only accept friends requests from people we have actually at least spoken to and are hoping to meet. Everyone else's we just ignore, as if we wanted everyone to see our friends only pics, they would be public. |

I get dozens everyday
They get ignored.
If people havn't got the good manners to say hello, introduce themselves, actually interact with me first, then I have no desire to add them to my friends list.
The title says it all 'Friends' |

We ignore them and pay little attention to them but knight finds it amusing that people think that will accept a friend request off someone we have not even spoke to. Like a what was said in a comment above if we wanted anyone and everyone to see our friends only pics we would have made them public |

I think some people assume it's like Facebook, and that they can't mail people unless they're friends. On Facebook if you're not friends they mail goes into a different inbox.
As so few people reply, they think that's the reason- they can't see the mail.
I don't think it's always for dodgy reasons that they send friend requests. |

My friends list consists of people I've physically met |

Ignore them. I have so many that I ignore from people that I've not even spoken to let alone spoke to.
My allowing the list to remain over time I can always look back at who I want to avoid.
Is it lazy perhaps or maybe they just joined to see pics of naked men and women.
Whatever the reason pay no attention. Smile and just carry on regardless.
Hope that helps. |

So annoying, it's clearly just to be nosey at your pics especially when you have neither had any previous contact nor fabbed their pics beforehand. I also can't stand those who think you will accept a friend request after replying to their 1 message. |

We do the same, leave em on there un answered and we only accept them from people we have met. It’s a part of the etiquette is it not? :D |
